Is pricing per seat?
No. Family, Starter, and Pro are flat monthly prices for the whole plan. Seat caps are included (5 / 10 / 50). Custom deals for larger orgs are quoted separately.
How is Family different from Starter?
Family ($5) is a household plan with parental controls. Starter ($15) and Pro ($45) are business plans with team admin, policies, and audit tooling.
Can logs be exported?
Pro and Custom plans include exportable reports and audit records.
Does Aegis support SSO?
Self-service SSO is not currently included. Contact sales if directory integration is a requirement so it can be scoped explicitly.
How long does deployment take?
A pilot can typically be scoped around a small group first, then expanded after policy tuning.
Can we start in monitoring mode?
Yes. All plans support starting with visibility and logging before adding enforcement.
