What to include
Include the UTC time, affected page or AI platform, organization identifier, extension version, expected and actual result, and any correlation ID. Remove prompt text, passwords, tokens, payment details, and other sensitive data.
Urgent security reports
Do not open a public issue. Put “Security report” in the email subject and provide sanitized reproduction steps and impact. Aegis targets acknowledgement within two business days; this is an operational target, not a bug-bounty or contractual SLA.
Current service status
A public status page and contracted response times are not yet offered. Invited beta participants receive incident updates through their registered contact.
